Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. READ THIS BEFORE CALLING. This is editing of the previous review I had given after working with them for over a year. I would be remiss if I didn't give a new description of what working with Bull Mountain is like. Do not plan on having anything start on time. I have on multiple occasions made plans based on their timeline. They have not once made the timeline. I'm not talking days; I'm talking weeks to months. And, that goes for any follow-up work you may need. They have plenty of excuses, but they they don't show up and they don't communicate this to you. I have plenty of texts and emails showing the frustration I have with this company trying to get them to show up when they promise. It just never happened. I have had 2 cobblestone pathways put in with stone steps. One that was raised about 2 feet is now warping because they used a hand tamper on clay and both pathways have the polymeric sand failing. The polymeric sand is what they used to seal the joints. I had them install a shower and they did a good job but their workers are not trained in code compliance. I have to pay a plumber over $600 to correct their mistakes which one of them was just not reading the INSTRUCTIONS. Did I get refunded any of that? Nope. They even had to come back to finish the incorrect plumbing but cutting a huge hole in my bathroom which they did an incredible poor job of cleaning up (see photo). I also had them correct a listing outdoor fireplace. Did they use mudjacking? No. Did they use polyurethane foam. Nope. Did they use stone slurry grout. Negative. Did they use anything that would ensure a lasting repair. Hell no! They only used a piece of wood and stones/broken concrete blocks that were laying around my fireplace(see photo). I had contacted them about this fireplace failure on July 30th. As of today, October 5th, they have yet to come out so I am doing the repairs myself. Will I see a refund of the $500 I paid for this repair. Probably not. I cannot tell you the level of frustration of I have for this company. Good luck if you decide to go with them.

They took the guesswork out of the construction process by doing what they say when they say. From the top down these guy's are the best.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had Bull Mountain completely redo my screen in porch and they did an excellent job. Very thorough and a very clear process along the way, and in the end they made sure that all details were completed in the right way and that I was happy. I will definitely be using them to redo my decks and redo the siding on my home.
